In-person (in the Keene, New Hampshire area) or over zoom, this three hour birth preparation session is completely customized to your needs.
Are you birthing for the first time and looking for help understanding coping and comfort tools and the stages of labor? Are you trying to create your birth plan but have no idea where to start or what should be on it? Or are you birthing for the second, third, or fourth time and looking for a refresher on your options and reminders of how to cope? Whether you are planning to birth with or without an epidural, in a birth center or hospital, or having a planned cesarean birth, this one-on-one session is a fantastic way to prepare and feel more confident and excited about whats to come.

In depth Lamaze based birth education. In-person (in the Keene, New Hampshire area) 8 total hours of education and hands on practice, customized to fit your needs. This can be broken out over two sessions.
This class is ideal for those who are looking to dive into the details of birth preparation with an experienced doula, and walk through the birth experience step by step to better understand how to utilize the many options and tools available. This class also includes the details of induction and cesarean birth.
You and your support person will leave these sessions feeling more confident and ready to meet your baby, as well as navigate the many ways birth unfolds.
